Weird day. I was absolutely exhausted all day so when I got home I took a nap. I didn’t end up walking up until like midnight and by then I wa starving because I hadn’t eaten dinner. So I guess I made myself dinner/ a midnight snack? But it’s like a terrible time to eat and is messing up my sleep schedule even more. Whoops.

So I don’t actually have any idea how many calories my dinner was. I looked up calories for sushi but when my family goes out we order lots of random little pieces and it’s hard to keep track. St any rate, it was probably somewhere around six hundred calories although it could have been a little more or less. Pretty good day except that im super exhausted. I don’t know why and I just feel like crying. I feel like have haven’t made any progress but I have no way of knowing because I haven’t been able to weigh myself. I think I’ll probably be able to next week but at least with waiting this long I should see some change in the scales. I don’t want to get obsessive over the scales because it’s way too easy. Thats why I never let myself weigh in more than once a week.
